Petodo is a desktop pet for Mac and Windows that holds your to-do list and hands work to your AI agents. Type “call Sam 2pm” and it schedules itself. When the time gets close, your pet walks over to whatever you're working in and says so. Made for people who are serious about getting things done.
Most lists sit in a window you have to remember to open. Petodo lives on top of everything, so the list comes to you.
Write “call Sam 2pm” and the task schedules itself for 2:00 PM. It understands 14:30, at 2, tonight, tomorrow 9am, in 30 min. A chip shows what it read before you commit, so it never guesses behind your back. And “buy 2 apples” stays exactly that.
Anything due in the next hour floats to the top on its own.
You get a nudge 15, 10 and 5 minutes ahead. Then, inside the last five minutes, the bubble stops disappearing and holds a live countdown until you deal with it. A notification you can miss isn't a reminder.

About ten minutes before something is due, your pet walks across to whichever window you're actually working in, waves, and says “Psst, X is coming up soon”. Click the bubble and you're on that task, ready to edit.

When sound is coming out of your speakers the pet starts moving: on the beat, not on a timer. It picks out the drum hits, works out the tempo, and speeds up for a faster track. Nothing is ever recorded; it reads one loudness number, ten times a second.

Switch on cloud sync and an assistant like Claude can add, update, complete and report on your tasks through a private API key. Anything it creates goes through the same path your typing does, so “call Sam 2pm” from an assistant gets its time parsed and its reminders armed, exactly like one you typed. Off by default.

Connect your own Telegram bot and Petodo talks to your agents' bots through it directly, one to one or in a shared group. Add, finish and push back your own tasks from the chat too.
Each errand moves from Started to Working on to Done right on your list. The pet tells you when it changes, and the task ticks itself off when the agent reports back.
An agent that needs help asks another one (ask @DataBot: …) and Petodo
keeps it on the same task. The rules are posted in the group, so every agent knows
how to answer and nobody talks in circles.
Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor connect through the Petodo MCP server, and any assistant that can call an API gets its own key. They add, update, finish and report on your tasks, with times read exactly as if you typed them.
Every task an agent touches shows up on your list, the pet tells you when something changed behind your back, and each assistant's key can be taken away in one click. You direct the work; the agents do it.
Agent errands, the Telegram bot and assistant access are part of Pro, and Pro is free for every account while Petodo is new.

Every account has Pro while Petodo is new, and accounts made before it goes on sale keep it free for a year after. Then it is $49.99 a year, $6.99 a month or $129.99 once.
That's SmartScreen, and you'll see it because the Windows build isn't code-signed yet. A signing certificate is a paid, per-year thing and Petodo is still a small project. Click More info, then Run anyway. If you'd rather not, that's a completely fair call.
Yes. The Mac build is signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens like anything else: no right-click trick, no Gatekeeper warning. The first time you open it, macOS will ask whether Petodo may control your computer; that's Accessibility access, and it is what lets the pet see where your active window is so it can walk over instead of sitting on top of your work. Say no and everything else still works.
No. There's no sign-up, no email, and nothing to log into. Download it and it works. An account is only for keeping your list on more than one device (your phone, a second computer) or for Pro.
In plain JSON on your own machine, under your app data folder. Settings has a button that opens it. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you sign in to put your list on another device or your phone; the installer ships signed out and carries no credentials.
The app checks quietly in the background. When a new version is ready it's already downloaded, and only the parts that changed are fetched, so an update is a fraction of the size of this download. Restart when it suits you.
No. It installs for your user account only, so there's no elevation prompt and nothing touches the rest of the machine.
